Nor'Easters Softball
The Nor’Easters Softball Staff is a full women coaches who have played it, been coached by, and coached at various levels with different experiences. We are teachers who aim to empower each athlete to chase failure, understand the importance of accepting it, and developing the confidence to overcome it. We are role models who instill respect, commitment, communication skills, and ownership on the field to impact each player off of it.
Played for them. Coached them. We are them. The NE Softball Way.
Testimonials
Ari... I wanted to thank you for a great season as promised. I couldn't express enough of a great role model you were too Felicia! As a father I thank you. We were very proud to be part of a team that you were coaching. You should be proud of yourself for what you did with the team. -- Parent of 14U Player
Our family’s experience with the Nor’easter softball program has been very positive. Our daughter, was looking for a chance to take her skills to the next level, especially because she wants to play softball in college. Heather and the other coaches have provided a program that has helped her work to develop her skills based on her unique needs and to work on fitting into the needs of the team. Also, with her desire to play in college, we were looking for coaches that would help her achieve this goal. Through the participation of the Nor’easters in showcase tournaments that provided exposure to college coaches, and with the Nor’easter coaches walking us through the recruiting process using their firsthand knowledge, she has met her goal and is currently committed to a college team for next year. We can’t thank Heather and the rest of the softball staff enough for all of their assistance. -- Parent of 18U Player
